Everything was great. It is a great place to stay. Kyle is so responsive and kind.Perfect walking distance to Extreme Arena and many eating places.Very nice!

We were in for a football game and the place was perfect. Very clean and comfy and lots to do in the Iowa River Landing area. Check in and check out could not have been easier and Kyle kept in touch regularly over the weekend. I only took one star off on "family friendly" because I did not have any little ones with me. Excellent stay. I would absolutely stay again!
